To do this, fill out the form by inputting your name, email address, phone number, and country of residence.
Next, select ‘Customer’ or ‘Retailer’ from the drop-down and fill out the corresponding address information.
After this, select ‘Spare Part’ in the drop-down.
Once you have done this then enter your product name, size, and color in the corresponding box exactly as it is listed on the website. If your product is not listed on the website, then give us your best guess!
In the ‘Description of your issue’ text box be sure to include details of the issue, how you typically use the product, and what spare part you need (if applicable).
Finally, attach your proof of purchase as well as images showing the product and the damage to it.
